Why we use Full Spectrum Hemp Extract & MCT Oil
Whole plant oil, what we refer to as, full spectrum, contains the complete range of cannabinoids and phytonutrients available in the plant thus offering ideal uptake, absorption and benefit. Absorption of cannabinoids can be further increased, because of their fat solubility, by consuming along with fatty acids. Coconut MCT Oil is an ideal fatty acid for use in our products because it is a very stable, healthy and easily digestible oil.
Dosages
Many people find their desired results require a different dosage than the suggested serving size on the bottle. Rather they discover their best dosage by starting out with small doses and gradually increasing their intake. Some like to try consuming frequent servings or taking it in the morning for a time and then only in the evening for a time to see if the results and benefits are different or until some relief or change occurs. Taking regularly for at least 30 days and taking down some notes about how you feel each day can help with this process. More isn’t always better and the amount that works well for one person will vary for another.
