This was for a friend. She fell a year ago and was injured so badly that no one thought she would walk again. Because of her age (82) they couldn’t do surgery on her back and hip. Her only option was PT. She still goes twice a week but in between she gets pain, sometime it is overwhelming. Keeps her awake most of the night crying in pain. She remembered a conversation we had last summer and knew that I had researched CBD. Even showed her some articles at the time. Anyway at this point with nothing to lose she decided to try it. I was just diagnosed with bone on bone arthritis in both knees, got a steroid shot that didn't really work so I decided to try CBD tincture along with the balm. After trial and error, I have figured out what dosage works and I use this balm in the morning when I get up and around noon. My knees are improved 90% and I can walk without wincing in pain. I haven't taken an Aleve in over 7 days, don't need them anymore. Wonderful products, both the tincture and balm.
