How are Cultura CBD products made?
When you use Cultura products, you can be confident they are pure and made with care for your wellbeing.
We use safe, natural and organic methods to cultivate our plants. Our plants are non-GMO and grown without the use of synthetic pesticides or herbicides.
Cannabis contains an extensive array of active compounds including cannabinoids, terpenoids and flavonoids. Our solvent-free, natural extraction method captures the full spectrum of these from the plant into a form that allows the body to use and benefit from them quickly and effectively.
What is Cultura Full Spectrum Hemp Extract?
Cultura Full Spectrum Hemp Extract is an oil extracted from the Cannabis sativa plant, also called Hemp. These plants have low or no amounts of THC(Tetrahydrocannabinol) with the final product containing less than 0.3 percent. The oil contains a full range of beneficial active compounds available in the plant including CBD(Cannabidiol) and other important cannabinoids, terpenoids and flavonoids. Although consuming the whole plant offers many benefits, a full spectrum oil allows you to take a concentrated dose that enters your bloodstream more quickly and can work more effectively.
Why should I try Full Spectrum and how is it different from other CBD products?
Whole plant oil, what we refer to as, full spectrum, contains the complete range of cannabinoids and phytonutrients available in the plant thus offering ideal uptake, absorption and benefit.
What full spectrum extraction method do you use?
It is often claimed that a particular type of extraction is best and to only purchase CBD that is extracted in such a way. This idea is promoted quite aggressively online by some sellers. True, there are various benefits to different methods. Though some methods are very high maintenance and expensive making the product more expensive for the consumer without necessarily offering a superior product.
Our goal with extraction is to produce a high quality product that is very close to the natural composition of the plant. In order to do this we use a gentle and age old method called lipid extraction that produces an excellent result and is also cost effective.
Why do you use MCT oil?
Cannabinoids are naturally fat soluble therefore their absorption can be further increased by consuming along side fatty acids. Coconut MCT Oil is an ideal fatty acid for use in our products because it is a very stable and easily digestible oil.
What is THC-O?
THC-O or Delta-8 THC-O is a hemp derived compound found to be stronger than regular/conventional THC. It can deliver a powerful and often highly relaxing experience. Start slow as everyone’s endocannabinoid system is unique so the effect and dosage will vary from person to person. Unlike CBD, THC-O does have a prominent psychoactive effect. This effect may be somewhat muted when combined with our Full Spectrum CBD.

Is THC-O federally legal?
Our products are 100% legal.
The type of THC that is highly regulated and illegal in many states is referred to as Delta-9 THC.
Our THC-O, also referred to as Delta-8 THC-O, is legal because we follow the guidelines of the 2018 Farm Bill from the Department of Agriculture. That act defines hemp as: “All derivatives, extracts, cannabinoids, isomers, acids, salts, and salts of isomers, whether growing or not, with a Delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent.” In short, as long as THC-O is hemp derived and has less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC, then the product is legal. Please check with your local laws before purchase.
What is the best serving size?
Many people find their desired results require a different dosage than recommended and discover their best dosage by gradually increasing their intake or consuming frequent servings until some relief or change occurs. The amount that works well for one person will vary for another.
What is the cost of shipping?
Standard shipping is free to U.S. addresses with no minimum order. Expedited shipping can be selected and calculated at check out. International shipping is free for all orders $90 or more. Standard and expedited shipping may be selected and calculated at checkout.
Do you ship Cultura products to my state/country?
We ship Cultura products to all 50 U.S. states and Internationally. International Orders: the customer accepts full responsibility once the product has left the U.S.
When will I receive my order?
We strive to ship orders same business day and no more than 1-2 business days. Standard U.S. First Class shipping typically takes 1-4 business days. Standard First Class International Shipping typically takes 7-21 business days. Expedited Shipping options are available at checkout.
How are Cultura products packaged and shipped to me?
All Cultura products are packaged and shipped discreetly in a box or envelope with shipping label and recyclable packing materials. If your product is damaged in transit, please let us know as soon as possible and we will send you a replacement right away.
What does Cultura’s 100% money back guarantee entail?
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us at Cultura. If you are dissatisfied in any way, we will do everything in our power to turn that around. We are happy to issue a replacement or full refund within the first 60 days and 75% refund after 60 days (we are flexible on this depending on the situation). We will not charge for additional shipping on returns or replacements for products that were damaged or unsatisfactory in any way.
